Riveted Chainmail Aventail coming to life.. "Valsgarde 6 helmet (1/11)"

-Valsgärde helmet 6- This is the first part of my first series about the recreation of a Vendel kings helmet found in grave 6, Valsgärde, Sweden, 2nd half of VIIth century. In this video i've build the riveted chain mail aventail from 1,8mm iron and brass wire. You can follow me through the whole process, from coiling to cutting the rings, annealing and flattening them till the final riveting process.
