Present are the trade minister Nikola Zahariev and Croatian plenipotentiary minister Vladimir Židovec. III. Views from the village of Obnova, near Pleven. Grand opening of an agricultural building. Crowd on the village square. IV. Tuscany, Italy - Pine woods. Extraction of tree sap - young women place metal plates in the trees' bark. They carve notches in the the bark and gather the sap. V. Sofia. A celebration for the name day of King Boris III. Citizens and soldiers in the square in front of the "Alexander Nevski" cathedral. A service in front of the cathedral. Present are prime minister Bogdan Filov, ministers, foreign military attaches and high-ranking clergyman. Minister of war gen. Nikola Mihov greets the officers and soldiers.
