Steel Frame and Small Stuff "Valsgarde 6 helmet (6/11)"

Valsgärde helmet 6- In this video i've build the steel framework for the helmet and some smaller things for the preparation of the final assembly like lugs for mounting the chainmail and the brass edging of the nasal. You can follow me through the whole process, from cutting each piece from 1,5 mm sheet steel,grinding, marking, drilling anf forming. This is the sixth part of my first series about the recreation of a Vendel kings helmet found in grave 6, Valsgärde, Sweden, 2nd half of VIIth century.
