From 3D Print to solid Brass "Valsgarde 6 helmet (10/11)"

-Valsgärde helmet 6- In this video i've 3D printed the model of the crest, sanded and sprayed it with primer to get rid of the layer lines and cast them in brass using the petrobond sand casting method. After the successful pour I cleaned the crest with an angle grinder, belt grinder, dremel and finally polished it. This is the tenth part of my first series about the recreation of a Vendel kings helmet found in grave 6, Valsgärde, Sweden, 2nd half of VIIth century.
