Prisoners break rocks along the road from Bachik to Kavarna. III. Welcoming of the MP's first in Dobrich and then in Balchik. IV. Minister Slavcho Zagorov on an excursion with workers from the "Work and Joy" organisation. He holds a speech in a village. Folk dances and an orchestra plays. V. Sofia, Members of the Croatin Ustaša organization lay a wreath in front of a monument for fallen soldiers. VI. Military school, Sofia - graduation of officers. Prime Minister Bogdan Filov is present, together with MP's, Bulgarian and German officers. Minister of War Teodosy Daskalov holds a speech. A parade and handing diplomas.
