Hezbollah deputy says military capability ‘solid’ after Israeli strikes

The deputy secretary-general of Hezbollah Naim Qassem has delivered his second address since the assassination of Hassan Nasrallah. Qassem says the group’s ability to resist Israel’s military is intact after a series of attacks and assassinations by Israel.
