Ukrainian president Zelenskyy addresses Parliament

The president of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelenskyy, will address the European Parliament at a special plenary session in Brussels, as the anniversary of the Russian invasion of Ukraine approaches. Parliament has been supporting Kyiv since the start of the invasion. It has backed European sanctions against the Kremlin and recently called for a special war crimes tribunal to prosecute Russia's actions in Ukraine.
