Medieval Sewing Made Easy - How to Sew an Eyelet
In this video we show you how to sew a medieval eyelet, as based on extant finds.
The eyelet became an important part of medieval fashion, due to it’s use in closing garments such as Cotehardies and Kirtles, it was also integral in the pointing and of fastening garments such as split and joined hose and used in military garments such as Jupons, Aketons and many other any other arming garments.
