The sizing may be affected by the density and length of the sheepskins wool. With that said, using sheepskin similar to what I use in the video, the measurements will be as follows. Extra small fits a 18" to 19.25" head Small fits a 19.25" to 20.75" head. Medium fits a 20.75" to 22" head. Large fits a 22" to 23.5" head. Extra large fits a 23.5" to 25" head.
