How to build the Valsgärde helmet 6 sides "Valsgarde 6 helmet (2/11)"

-Valsgärde helmet 6- This is the second part of my first series about the recreation of a Vendel kings helmet found in grave 6, Valsgärde, Sweden, 2nd half of VIIth century. In this video i've build the four ornamental sides of the helmet. You can follow me through the whole process, from cutting each piece from 1,5mm sheet steel, grinding them to shape with a belt grinder, filing, sanding, dishing, sand blasting, blackening and riveting to the final shape.
