How to make brass hinges "Valsgarde 6 helmet (3/11)"

-Valsgärde helmet 6- In this video tutorial I've build the brass hinges that will connect the cheek plates to the helmet. You can follow me through the whole process, from cutting each piece from 1 mm sheet brass, grinding them to shape with a belt grinder, filing, sanding, dishing and final assembly. This is the third part of my first series about the recreation of a Vendel kings helmet found in grave 6, Valsgärde, Sweden, 2nd half of VIIth century.
