It is distinguished by a small set of products and simplicity of preparation. But it also has its secrets: breadcrumbs dried under the Crimean sun, and our air filled with the aromas of herbs. A famous master-copper cooked "shepherd's soup" at the foot of Ak-Kaya. It was delicious.
