Crimean Tatar Cuisine: Khamsi tava

It is commonly believed that before in the Crimean Tatar cuisine there were practically no dishes made of fish. But, agree, this is a rather dubious statement, because we are talking about a people, a significant part of which lived by the sea. Rustem Dervish even knows a folk song about a fish that does not want to be caught.
